Returns & Refunds Policy
I do not accept any returns.
Health and safety of my customers comes before all else. For this reason, I do not resell an item once it leaves my shop to prevent the risk of spreading disease. This means all sales are final, no returns will be accepted.
I am happy to answer any questions or respond to any concerns you have prior to purchasing. Please reach out to me before checking out to be sure what you are buying will work for you and your pet!
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Insurance does not cover stolen packages, so please make sure your packages can be delivered to a safe location.
I will reach out on your behalf to the shipping company to file a claim and/or locate a missing package. These processes differ based on the shipping company. Depending on your specific issue, it may take 1-2 weeks for a replacement or refund to be issued.
Obviously if there is a mistake on my end, then I will make it right! Otherwise, I do not offer refunds at this time.
Refunds will be made to the payment method made unless you request it as a gift card instead.
Refunds for shipping overages, courtesy credits, etc may be made in the form of gift cards or rewards points at my discretion.
Bongo Box Refunds
I do not give refunds or returns on Bongo Boxes unless I have made an error.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding Bongo Boxes, please contact me before ordering. I only send items based on what information I am provided. If you provide me with limited information about what your bird likes or dislikes, I will try to cover as many bases as possible to find a toy your bird likes. Since birds are so unique with what they like, telling me species alone does not provide enough information. I have large bird customers that love shredding balsa, and small bird customers that like hardwoods. The more information I am given, the better I am able to provide a box your bird or flock will enjoy.
