Update Billing Address and Payment Method

SMS Subscribers: Text Modify Order, then follow the prompts to select Account Settings, then Update Billing Info

 

After logging into your account:

Click the Billing Address tab. On mobile, you will click the "Subscriptions" text to bring down the menu. 

Click the Send Email to Update button. 

 

You will receive an email in the next 5 minutes to complete the changes through the secure payment gateway. Click the Confirm payment information button.

Clicking the button will bring you to the Payment screen. If you need to update just your Billing Address, just fill out that section. If you need to update your Payment method, make sure to select and fill in the details. 

Make sure to click Update Card to confirm your changes.
