Each box is unique to you based on the information you provide. We wanted to make sure that these were as customizable as possible, so putting a set number of toys per tier doesn't work for all birds unfortunately. We use the budget you set to go "shopping" in our own store for your bird to maximize those funds as much as possible. 

As an example, a $35 box might contain 2-4 toys, while a $50 box might contain 3-6 toys. The value will always be at minimum the budget you set.

Our specialty and focus is smaller birds, such as cockatiels, conures, and budgies, but we love all parrots! Take a look around the site to see if you think your bird would like what we have to offer, and if you have any questions, we are always happy to help!

The short answer: No (as long as it wasn't a mistake on our end). 

Due to the nature of our products and out of respect for the health and safety of all birds (including ours!) we are unable to accept returns. That said, if we ever make a mistake, we will always make it right. Your satisfaction matters to us!

Every Bongo Box is built entirely around the information you provide at checkout, and we encourage you to be as detailed as possible when sharing your bird's likes, dislikes, and any restrictions. Species alone doesn't tell us much, as we have large bird customers who love shredding balsa and small bird customers who prefer hardwoods! The more you share, the better we can curate a box your flock will truly enjoy.

Yes! Just let us know what all you have and what their individual likes and dislikes are, and we will try to make sure everyone gets something! We recommend at least a $35 box for 2 birds. If you have large birds or birds that like thick woods, we recommend $45+, as those toys are usually about $15 to $20 each to start. 

Yes! At anytime before your box bills out, feel free to reach out by replying to the reminder email, using the chat features, or by Facebook or Instagram to let me know what toy you would like in your next box. You can also add items to your next order alongside your Bongo Box through your Customer Portal!

Currently we offer 30, 60,  90, and 180 day plans so you can choose the plan that works best for you. Before each upcoming box, you'll receive a reminder email so you're never caught off guard. You are able to adjust your budget, change billing dates, pause, skip, or cancel at any time using the Customer Portal or sending us an email. 

Orders are completed in the order received and some times are busier than others! On average, we ship out within 7-10 business days, and if we think it will be longer, we will let you know.

Absolutely! You can change your next ship date up to a day before it ships. You can skip, reschedule, or change your billing frequency. (See Bongo Help page) I am also always available to do this for you - just send me an e-mail or message!

You may cancel at any time through My Account or by contacting me. Please note that the system will only let you cancel up to 3 days before it bills. See Bongo Help page for directions on cancellation. 

The system will automatically try to charge your account 3 days after it fails. If this also fails, the system is designed to cancelled your subscription to prevent any issues.

You should be able to resume it through the Customer Portal at any time, however if you have any problems please contact me!

Almost everything, including budget, frequency, payment information, and shipping address, can be updated by you in the Customer Portal. Directions can be found here.
